1. Order Processing
All orders placed on stashic.uk are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2:30 PM GMT may be processed the next business day. During periods of high order volume, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
UK Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United Kingdom using reliable carriers (Royal Mail and courier services). Options available at checkout include:
- Standard (Tracked 48) — Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Express (Tracked 24 / Next-Day) — Estimated delivery: 1 business day (when ordered before the cut-off time).
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most destinations. Delivery times vary by location: estimated 5–15 business days depending on the country and customs clearance.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
Most consumer orders qualify for free UK shipping.
4. Order Tracking & Notifications
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom: customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling charges may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not always included in product prices or shipping costs.
6. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us immediately at help@stashic.uk. We can attempt to update your details before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help initiate a carrier investigation.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may have shipping limitations due to size, weight, or regional regulations. If this affects your order, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements.
