ordered this for a birthday present for my friend, it arrived beautifully packaged however the clasp was slightly faulty. contacted the seller straight away who rectified the issue and sent a replacement out immediately. replacement received today and I'm so sorry happy with it. it looks and feels like superb quality and I know my friend will love. The packaging that my product arrived in was excellent and the item itself is beautifully made. The wood is smooth with no splintering. It's also very subtle and will be perfect!
The finish quality is great and it's one of the few desk boxes without loud smoking themed art work all over it. It's very neat. I only wish there was a bigger one (not taller) as I would have got that one. I love you can put documents in the lid. I can put unfinished chocolate in it and the kids can't get it.
